"Cuca dos Anjos" is the newest venture of the Anjos family, also known as my own family. The business specializes in 'cucas,' which, for those unfamiliar, are a traditional German dish very common in the southern region of Brazil. They are like pies, with filling and a crunchy crumble topping. Without further ado, the project was undertaken within a tight deadline, yet with loads of creative freedom. We aimed to infuse the entire celestial theme that accompanies our surname. While this isn't the first project under the "dos Anjos" brand, it is undoubtedly my favorite and the first one I am undertaking as a business with my own identity. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did creating it, and if you have the opportunity, I encourage you to try our 'cucas' – they are truly divine.

"Cuca dos Anjos" é o mais novo empreendimento da família dos Anjos, também conhecida como minha própria família. A empresa é especializada em cucas, para quem não é familiarizado, cuca é um prato alemão muito tradicional do sul do Brasil, como se fosse uma torta, com recheio e farofa crocante. Sem mais delongas, o projeto foi feito em um prazo super apertado, mas com bastante liberdade criativa, pensamos em trazer toda temática celestial que acompanha nosso sobrenome, não é o primeiro projeto com a marca "dos Anjos", mas é certamente meu favorito e o primeiro que estou fazendo como empresa e minha identidade própria. Espero que gostem tanto quanto eu e que se tiverem a oportunidade, experimentem as cucas, são realmente uma divindade.
